We are Online!!!- 02.22.2006 After having spent ages trying to figure all this out and many emails with Fortunecity.com, we finally have a very basic Homepage. It's not filled with Flash Animations or sounds that warp your minds, but it is a homepage, it's free, it's online and it's ours! So, until i find out how to get this looking just a tad better and have all those cool homepage features installed... this is it... lol. |
Rules Project
Mayhem Every member that
joins will receive the General rules. He/She has to read
them and once they agree they will be promoted to
Private. 1 General Member
rules You are member of a
Guild and therefore you are active within that guild
This means:
-You are online on a
regular basis, If for some reason you won't be online for more then a week
you inform one of the generals, in chat or by
mail. -You help other Guild
members where you can either in quests or with your professions or with
general problems -You are active in
chat, this does not mean you have to chat more then you play but try to
engage in conversations so you get to know the other members and they get
to know you. -You Buy a tabard as
soon as possible, at least before you reach lvl
30 -You respect your
Guild and their members, meaning you do not bring you guild in discredit
with other people through immature behaviour. 2
Promotions Once you agree to the
rules you will be granted the rank of Private. Because at this time we
have enough officers we will not be promoting anyone soon.
But if a position
should become available these are the criteria we will use for
promotion - Activity within the
Guild - Respect for the
Guild - Your will to help
others - Your general
behaviour All this will be
decided by the generals so there no need to ask officers for
promotion. Only the generals
will promote people, this in order to avoid problems due to
promotion. Officer notes will be
added by the generals. Demoting can be done
by any officer for sound reasons, but before you demote inform a General
by mail or by chat and wait for a response of that general before you
demote. Every demotion requires a sound reason and you will have to inform
the person you demote why you demoted him. Removal from the
Guild can only be done by a Co-Master or by the Guild leader. It will be
discussed why they should be removed and then voted. Rookie Rank
before they agree to the rules Private
Normal members Sergeant
Will be in direct supervision of the
Privates Colonel
Will be in direct supervision of the
Sergeants
One of the Colonels will be responsible for Raids and BG
(Finneces) General
Will be in direct supervision of the
Colonels
One of the Generals will be responsible for Guild matters
(Knockturnal)
Leader
Overall leader of the guild All ranks higher then
Privates have to hold a meeting at least once a
week. The reports will be
sent to everyone of that rank, your direct superiors and to the
Generals. Generals will make an
overall report of these reports which will be used to discuss in the
High-officers meeting. These meetings dont
have to take long, just discuss what possible problems you might have
encountered. We do expect that
people with the rank of Sergeant and above take some initiative towards
lower ranked members. Such as, doing quests together going to BG together
this is up to the officers to set these kinds of things in motion. In
other word Be active 4.
Chats -Guild Chat. As mentioned before,
it is expected you take part in the guild chat from time to
time. -Officers Chat. This chat is for
the moment only open to the High Officers to discuss internal Guild
matters. It should be noted that this is strictly a chat regarding Guild
matters and not a social forum.
